Before founding Beote (pronounced BEE – OTT) Construction in 2017, Conor was a construction manager for Red Oak Apartment Homes where he oversaw new construction projects including:
- A $2 million- six duplex subdivision in Boscawen, NH.
- Building of a Custom single-family home in Merrimack, NH
- A $20 million multifamily development in Milford, NH including 108 apartments and 12 townhomes.
After College, Conor worked for General Electric in the Boston area as a development engineer. While with GE in increasing roles and responsibilities he grew his critical thinking skills, innovation capabilities, team work and leadership skills. From these experiences he has grown into a successful project manager.
From his engineering background Conor is always looking at new technologies to save time and cost. He is very interested in smart home and energy saving techniques and has built many of these features into his own home and many of his current projects. He continues to explore these ideas and practices and is always willing to talk about incorporating them into new construction projects.
Conor has successfully completed several projects since 2019 offering new home buyers an opportunity to purchase a high quality home that has been overseen with attention to detail and expert construction techniques. The first project consisting of 15 homes at Clover Hill in Brookline New Hampshire features 3 and 4 bedroom homes on spectacular lots. These homes boast high end kitchens and finishes, two and three car garages and state of the art heating and cooling systems.
A second completed project in Merrimack New Hampshire features a 55+ community called Overlook Estates. 45 condominium units were constructed that feature the finest single floor living floorplans. Options were abundant and included an option for a finished lower level for more living space. Each condo featured a garage, sun room and upgraded fixtures and cabinetry.
Next to be completed was the building of 11 homes on Therrien Lane in Manchester, New Hampshire. This tranquil setting located off Wellington Road featured a variety of floor plans and amenities to home buyers. Many showcase upgraded kitchens, large floor plans, two car garages and high tech features to homebuyers.
Current projects include construction of single family homes in Brookline, Merrimack, Hollis and Londonderry New Hampshire. These all feature a variety of styles, sizes and amenities. Beote Construction is always actively looking for new sites and locations for future building projects.
